You can call your Wild Life and Fisheries dept for a copy of your state's requirements. You can also contact your local police dept and county for thier requirements and restrictions. Each state has their own laws on native and exotic animals. We do our best to keep up with these laws, but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to do your research before purchasing.
